Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.
Full version:
We offer a standard return policy for 30 days. If item is defective, then (depending on the situation) we will either receive the item and refund the shipping cost or ask you to keep, reuse, or discard the item, and offer you a choice of a refund or free replacement. If item is not defective, then a small restocking fee may apply if returned in a used condition. This will likely apply in cases where there is: scratched plastic (such as acrylic sheets or polypropylene cases), torn stickers, or creased printed manuals (ink toner expense). It will not apply to our packaging, recycled or not, but to save on return shipping packaging we recommend keeping it intact. Please note that we'd like to keep any possible assessment as minimal as possible, so if you've found that you ordered the wrong item, please keep everything together as neatly and carefully as possible to prevent unnecessary waste. Whatever the case, please message the seller if something is wrong so we can find the best solution for you!
